Lost all my data, top it up, lost it again, top it up, lost it again. New month and lost all again on the 2nd of September !

I kept on topping up my data for my Wifi router in August and received a sms out of the blue from Vodacom that they do apologize for the loss of the data and will reverse it. I have no proof that what I have paid for was reversed to me ! At the end of August Vodacom assured me that when the new month starts 1September, I will have access to new data for the month. We went to a Vodacom shop and they confirmed that Vodacom had many customers with the same issue. Saturday night the 2nd September my new data was depleted !!!!! I logged another call with vodacom and they gave me 500 MG while they were investigating the matter as it could take up to 48hours. I phoned Vodacom tonight 5 September and told the dedicated line manager my whole issue but he was cutting me off after about an hour ..... With no solution I was told that he can do absolutely nothing and it will take about 7 day, not 48 hours ! I do not trust Vodacom any more as I have to keep on topping up and I am not getting any benefits, just loosing data ! To cancel my contract I was told that we will have to pay cancelation fees or wait until the contract comes to an end in 2019. I also bought data for my cellphone on Saterday 2 September. Tonight I have noticed that the bundles have also depleted ! I made little use of it ! How can it be possible.? Iam sitting with no connection through Vodacom. Vodacom is happy, because we have paid for data lost through them !
