losing trust
good day writing this review im trying hard to be calm about my recent experience with Vodacom. after the big incident where my data(gig+R21 airtime) disappeared I got frustrated badly- ********** 53- Vodacom refunded me and then I was happy. however I watched very closely as to which action or what websites eats my data the most out of the 3 that I frequently access (face book-free mode, metatrader4 and whatsap). im on meta trader4 for almost 20 hours a day everyday. and the data and airtime that was given back to me lasted me for about a week or more(being on metatrade4 for hours a day) however on the 28th I purchased a 7 days gig which together with my R21 was gone in less than 8 minutes. the funny part is I was on meta trade4 and face book and whatsap. I then phoned Vodacom and came through to Teboho-Khanye who was friendly and willing but did not have the capacity and transferred me to Winnie Fanta. She told me about ''the internet ate your airtime and we don't know what websites you access and how do they bill you'' I then requested to speak with manager Tshepo (Monday night shift-28th-08-2017) the Gentleman wanted to objection handle me without listening carefully on what was the reason for my concern he did not at all sound like he was willing to help me but he sounded like he wanted to make me understand how dorf I am. only 20 minutes later on the call did he understand that he actually needs to escalate the issue to a technical team instead of trying to objection handle me. im worried Vodacom is doing their own things with my money and its actually scary if there is no consistency on how you bill your client. its feels very unsafe. it means I should literally watch my phone because im not rich, I cant have money disappearing. I need my data back. my subsequent data did the same thing.
