Lorraine at Vodacom Life Funeral Cover - no manners!
Shocking experience with Lorraine from Vodacom Life Funeral Cover. I answered the phone and when I said that I already have funeral cover she hung up. No thank you, no goodbye, nothing. Just an incredibly rude individual. She phoned me at 10h38am. Please advise her supervisor.
