Loop de-loop support makes it impossible to get anything done

My girlfriend went and travelled overseas for a couple of months. During this time a debit order bounced. After this she was notified, manually paid the bill but since then the debit order seems to have been dropped and she has to manually pay her bill monthly. She has now returned and her phone has been deactivated, even though her accounts are up todate. Currently i have phoned, customer care line who passed us onto accounts. the accounts number took us to another person, who then gave us the SAME accounts number ********** ... who then forwarded us to accounts, but accounts was not accounts again. So now we have spent 2 hours phoning around only to be told that no one can assist us... so now she is basically paying for a service which has been deactivated and she cannot reactive. How poorly trained are your service staff? and how on earth does anything get done? As a last resort we went to a Vodacom store, who explained that they also cannot help as we need to phone in. its a sad sad loop!
