Looks like no service is the best service these days

Good day ,

On the 1st of December my scheduled debit order did not debit as per usual.

I received a notification from my bank about the failed Debit Order.

I therefore ensured that i called Vodacom on the 2nd of December to
inform them of the failed Debit order and requested for Banking
Details to make a payment on the 2nd of December 2016.

The service consultant provided me with Vodacom's banking details as
well as provided me with the refrence number i should use when i make
the payment.

My contract was moved over from Altech Autopage to Vodacom , the
service consultant unknowingly provided me with the incorrect
Reference number (NA ********** - Altech Autopage).

I made the payment according to the details that was provided to me via email.

After about a few days I received notifications from Vodacom that my
account was in arrears ,however i surely made payment

i Called in again to advise that i made payment and obtained an email
address to send my proof of payment to , i sent it to<br ********** not knowing that i was provided with the incorrect
Account number.

More time passed and i still received these emails, i called in again
to find out why i was still receiving these emails, then only the
service consultant advised that i had received the incorrect reference
number and that is why payment could no be traced .

She provide me with a Supervisors Email Address<br ********** sent my screenshot of my proof
of payment to him explaining what had happened.

Time passed and i had to call in again as my account was still in
"arrears", I was informed that a screenshot does not suffice as proof
and that i needed to provide a bank statement as proof .

I sent same to Mr.Tsotang.sethabela on the 31st of December as this is
how long the matter has been ongoing. The service consultant advised
that the Supervisor will send trough my proof to the Accounts
department for allocation.

Due to the festive season there was obvious delays, i called on the
11th of January 2017 only to find out that my proof (bank Statement)
still has not been allocated to my account .

Best Part is on the 1st of January 2017 my debit order was loaded for
an mount of +- R1031.00 .

So actually my account is in CREDIT , and my credit score is affected
negatively by the error the service consultant made , as it was
probably loaded on to ITC that i did not pay my account which i ALWAYS
do.

I just feel this is very poor service received, surely it cannot take
so long to allocate a payment or resolve matter that has been ongoing
for almost six weeks.

If i did not do all the follow ups nothing would have happened.

I would like to request a refund pay out .

I have been a Vodacom Customer for many years and will surely in
future reconsider another service provider to move my contract to if
this is the "efficient" after sales service we as the consumer receive
.

Absolutely Shocking!

Regards ,

Liezl
