Long waiting time

This is the second time visiting the Vodacom store at fourways mall. Every time I visit the store I wait for a very long time until I get assisted and all I want to do is collect my phone from repairs. They prioritise sale and it’s honestly frustrating. I spoke to the manager and he keeps claiming that they short stuff and there’s nothing they can do about it. Which is absolutely disheartens and disgusting. Please do better
