Long waiting REFUND

Still Vodacom doesn't understand. How difficult can it be. 1. I paid three of my contacts to be terminated 1a R 4526.57 for number *** 1b. R 2839.58 for number *** 1c. R 9949.71 for numbers ***

My understanding is I had nothing to pay on all three contracts. But Vodacom kept on deducting contract number *** from September up to June so that installments must be paid back to me. In June Vodacom took R5043,16 saying that contacts number *** has been canceled. Ridiculous to pay R 14994.87 for the same cotract. Vodacom owns me as follows 01/09/2025. R 455.99 01/10/2025.
