Long call waiting

Good day<br> <br> Last night i phoned help desk and they answerd in about 10 mins<br> <br> 5 mins later i called back and i fwas holding for 45 min and still no one answerd. and that was at 23:30. worst service ever. this morning i am calling 7 mins inn waiting all of a sudden we experiance high call volume. <br> i moved over form cell c because of bad service. think i need to rethink my move.
