Logged this on 1 Feb and Still NO Response
<p>I have been trying to upgrade my contract to an offer that vodacom has for an Xperia and a PS4, but i can never get hold of them on the phone and every email i get a standard response saying they will contact me within 24 hours which they haven’t once. The promo has now ended and i have been told I can’t get it as that was January's Promotion..... But I tried to get it in January they just didn’t reply. I have been with them for over 10 Years and this is the service i get, customer loyalty means nothing to them.</p>

As stated in my previouse post you sent the email to the wrong account my email address is ********** not that it matter as i doubt you guys will honour the deal that i wanted anyway.
