Loaded airtime but when i check my balance its not there

i loaded my airtime with vodacom by my cellphone banking of 30 rands ...funny i got notification from my bank that 30 rands is gone.but when i check my balance with vodacom. .there's no airtime. ..however i called vodacom n one consultant told me he can't help me n there is nothing he can do....i loaded another 30 rands n i came through. ..meaning Vodacom stole my first 30 rands. m so disappointed in vodacom i want my money back.u such a *** network.
