Livid!
Job # ********** 6 Phone was ready for collection on the 27th of December, I visited Vodaworld on the 28th and was met with missing paperwork from Cellsure and staff (x 2) who took 40 minutes to trace a piece of paper to show my excess amount. Andile Hadebe who was kind enough to give me assurance the phone will be re-booked as it was still damaged at the back where "they" tried to pry open the back, and you could see the rim holding the front and back together was not the proper part for the make of my phone. My sim holder also didn't fit the "new part" which speaks to the whatever part they put on the phone to "fix" it. "It is the supplier's fault and not Vodacom", I guess the quality check is also the supplier's fault. The phone will be ready TODAY? YES, I must just call Andile before I come through. Now Andile Hadebe, cell # ********** 952 and email ********** is missing in action after he offered his "assistance" and promised a proper repair. The phone was NOT re-booked which I confirmed with Happy Motlala on ********** this morning, Cellsure also didn't receive a new job number which I confirmed on reference VHS48200. Again the consumer needs to patiently wait for Vodacom to re-book a phone that had to be PROPERLY REPAIRED, I'm not asking for a golden toilet seat just my phone to be repaired as it should be and for Vodacom not to waste my TIME. Happy Motlala also promised to call me back .... I'm not holding my breath. Your standard response will not be appreciated.
