I've requested assistance via the Vodacom livechat platform, I was assisted by Shakeerah for 45 min. Her service was extremely poor and still had the nerve to end the chat after giving me a run around, it took 5 min to answer every question only. She asked me security questions at the end of the conversation. Vodacom do something about the consultants who represents you.
