Literally giving a loyal customer to the dogs - in this Plandemic

My number has been deleted off from the network, this is despite a standing agreement to pay the outstanding amount in instalments, not once but twice I called in to make sure the arrangement is in full force, the first time I realised that debit orders were not going through from my account. I called in again the second time in March this year and I was assured time and time again that I need not worry debit orders will now go through seamlessly to my surprise when prospective employers are trying to reach me they tell me that my number does not exist. I call the accounts department and I am told the number has been permanently deleted. It is heart wrenching that I run a business on this number and let alone all my online profiles being linked to this number and in this pandemic era where it is very difficult to survive and Vodacom just drops a bomb like that, yank the number like that with no warning and to be told that even if I was able top settle the outstanding amount in full the number is gone. I have made about 3 attempts to make sure that this arrangement is in effect for the mere fact that I called them myself to make sure that they have the right account details and debit order would go out once or twice and thereafter it stopped and I call them again to alert them and then this happens. Let's see if you respond, the number supp**** is one of the many contracts I have with this company not sure if I should still be supporting them this much?
