Listed on ITC for NOTHING

Vodacom phones me with an outstanding balance, only to find out that I don't have a contract by them.<br> they listed me on itc and promised me that it will be corrected in 2 weeks time, its been over a month now and still nothing. I cant buy myself a new car because Vodacom ****ed it up!!!!!<br> is there a way that I can sue them for neglecting this issue seeing that they actually did ***** by putting me on itc for things I don't have or have done?<br> Vodacom SUCKS!!!<br> If they want to I can put a banner on the highway aswell and blacklist them in that way with EVERYONE that passes by the banner on the highway.<br> The service is poor and I will NEVER recommend them to ANYONE!!!!!
