Listed as a late payer and missed payments with a debit order !! Come on Vodacom, clean your house.

I had a 24 month data contract for my mom which I cancelled. I paid by debit order and yesterday I received a report from Clear Score. Vodacom had listed me as a late payer with missed payments with a debit order! My credit record is affected by this and I need this fixed asap. I had caller line identity as well on a router? I will never deal with Vodacom again. The level of service is a disgrace.
