Listed although I have paid?

Listed although I have paid?????And absolutely no response from Vodacom in spite of several emails. Vodacom has listed me as being in arrears for Oct and Nov 2019 yet I have paid them on 13 Nov and 16 Oct? They have given me a new contract in December and I had absolutely no problems buying an expensive phone. I actually do not have trouble with Vodacom overall. Somehow someone slept and listed me in error and I apparently cannot find anyone at Vodacom to assist me in fixing it. This review is out of desperation as I need my credit profile corrected.
