linked as a cash payer without my permission

i am utterly disappointed in Vodacom and there staff, just because you are the leading network does not mean that you can treat your clients as you please. i have been a vodacom client for over 5years and yet i have never been this disappointed. my debit order has also gone off my bank account on the 25th, this month nothing went off, i called vodacom and the advised that i am a cash payer , how can i be a cash payer, who changed it, i do not understand , now i am being charged late payment fee and my Cell phone disconnected for your mistake. i am so glad my contract is finishing so that i can leave your network.... i will never recommend anyone to take anything with vodacom as your service is ridiculous.
