Line still softlocked

My mom's phone was ****** on Friday and I called Vodacom to report the phone as ******, they proceeded to lock the line. On Saturday we took her too the Vodacom shop in Hatfield (this in itself is not an easy feat as my mom needs oxygen 24/7 and is hardly mobile, so she had to go with an oxygen tank and wheelchair) to do a sim swop and lift the ****** marking on the number. The sim swop was successful the service is however still suspended after we have called Vodacom (111) more than six times in this regard.

At 09:41 in this morning I once again called 111 as the line is still suspended, the person I spoke to was going to log a fault with the technical team to look into the problem as the line is unlocked on their side, he said he woud call me in 25 minutes with a reference; 4 hours later I'm still waiting for a reference, never mind having the matter resolved.

This is unacceptable, elderly people should not have to struggle like this...
