Line speed incorrect

I upgraded my line speed from 200 to 400 mbps but I am getting only getting 230. No one is helping me as usual to fix the problem. I just get told to upload pics of the speed tests and then no one knows what is wrong. Had the router firmware updated by an agent, that did nothing, so now I am paying for a 400 line but basically getting 200 real speeds. Come on sort this out, does anyone know what they are doing at vodacom? Seems like vodacom only takes me serious when I complain on hello Peter
