Line items added to my phone bill without my permission. Now I can't my money back.

Vodacom has approved and processed payment for two subscriptions on my phone account that I have never approved. One for R10/day and another for R5/day. These subscriptions were from companies I have never heard of before: 1. P Squarem Games 2. Oxygen 8 Media / 1UP Games The total amount deducted from my account in the last year is just less than R5500.00 How do I get that money back if Vodacom refuse to help me and it seems impossible to find out exactly who it is who has been taking my money, as Vodacom say they have nothing to do with it. Would so appreciate hearing back on how I can get my money back. This is theft!
