Line Continually Locked after Regular Payments - Shocking and Appalling Service from Vodacom over the past 3 months

And here we go again... My line has been cut again after I have made payment. I have spoken to many customer service agents and the last man I spoke to, Tsotang Sethabela, heard my entire story and agreed to get back to me last Wednesday, with a way forward regarding my line continually being locked. I did hear from him and his respons was that he was still working on my account and would get back to me. I haven't heard anything and today my line was cut again.

Below is my continual frustration with my first review on Hello Peter, and then a subsequent one, which was ignored.

________________

Over the past 2 months I have had an uphill battle with Vodacom blocking my line despite payments being made and proof of payment being sent to mutliple sources. Today I have yet again tried to get my line unblocked after it has been down for 3 days. Yet again I am spending uneccessary time on the phone during work hours and still after having spoken to 4 people since yesterday, I am still blocked and have no working phone. I have sent so many proofs of payments to both pop@vodacom and to individuals at the vcontractor email addresses and after a very stressful few days I usually have my line unblocked as it is finally agreed that I have obviously paid. But this is yet to be repeated in the near future and so the cycle goes. I have had enough and would actually like to end my Vodacom service as it is no longer a service to me.

My Vodacom Account is NA **********

_____________

Yet again this morning my line has been barred/cut all because you do not see proof of payment from my side. I have consistently asked you to assist me in rectifying this problem and still it continues and as per clockwork Vodacom deactivates my line. Today I have been advised to FAX proof of payment to you and I have tried to do so numerous times without any success as it says your line in busy (I have the fax reports to substantiate this if you'd like). I have also sent my proof of payment for the past 3 months to ********** and also to Lilian Maphisa Mapale ********** and have yet to hear from her. I am currently on leave and had to come back into the office to do all of this and have been here for a long time trying to sort this out, all because I cannot do it from home. The service has been shocking and the inconvenience and anxiety this has cause is really unacceptable. I would really like to cancel my service with Vodacom as you have no interest in assiting me in resolving this matter.

_______________________

I have been trying to send through a fax to ********** 666 to confirm proof of payment since 9:30 this morning up untill now and every single time it says that the line is busy on the reports that are printed. So my entire day has been spent coming into the office from home and trying to rectify a problem that is not of my own doing but Vodacom's fault. Still my line is not active. No customer care agent has called me either.
