Line Cancelled "because of non payment"

Let's start by the base of the prblem. Me and my wife went in to vodacom, downgrade my contract from 489 p/m to a 199 Top up contract. Took with that 2 new contracts out with vodacom. 1st contract is a 2 gig usb data stick and also 2gb data contract on her samsung a3. When we did the application we fill in the forms to go on to debit orders. all 3 lines are on her ID nr.

At the beginning of the month I Noticed that the Debit order didn't go off. I tried several times phoning the call centre. All i heard was the piece o **** music and the constant voice of "At the moment we recieve high call volumes..." The one time I was holding on for 19 mins,,,,, CALL ENDED from Vodacom side. while i am at work...

Vodacom can sponsor every organisation, rugby, soccer etc but they cant enlarge they call centre to handle more calls.

The problem is that I did try to resolve this matter with Vodacoms account department. When I eventually got the chance to speak to someone the only response i received was that "there a no outstanding amounts on your nr." I told the Low IQ person that there are 3 nr's on her ID nr. "Unfortunately whe have a new system in place and there are only showing 1 nr on this Id nr".

But in the meantime I receive sms's concerning my account that are in arrears.. Phoned back , after again several attempts... "sorry but there are only shows 1nr on our system"

That is not my problem, I am payning for a service which I do not receive!!!

I went back to the vodacom branch here, they told me that I need to phone 111....

Beautiful **** service(AGAIN)!!

Vodacom cancelled my lines because of non payment, I have all the copy's by me confirming that whe did fill in all the forms for a debit to go off. It sis not happen...

I did my side of trying to resolve this. But because of people at the admin department not capable of doing their work, I must suffer. Is it to much to ask for someone just to phone me back to resolve this problem?? But hey I am speaking on a high grade level, because nobody ever phones me back.

If this matter can not be resolved I wil have to take this to the newspapers to let everyone knows what type of service will they receive at Vodacom. Newspapers dont run with a story unless they have proof, I have the proof of all the problems above by me on a Vodacom letterhead with date and times. I really try to resolve this in a professional manner. It wil maybe cost me a few rands to place the articles but it will surely be more difficult for Vodacom explaning something that is o a hard copy.

Please phone me back ASAP.
