Lindo Nkosikhona Dlamini worst consultant in the WORLD

Never ever in my life have I dealt with someone as rude as Lindo Nkosikhona Dlamini in my years of speaking to consultants. I made an application for a contract phone and she called me to go through the application. She than told me I qualify for the Hauwei Y7 I accepted at the end of the call she started reading the confirmation and telling my number will be ported. I stopped her to tell her I don’t want my number to be ported as it is my work number, that girl is extremely rude to the core she told me I should have told her that from the beginning I am too late to tell her now. I went on to tell her that she is being impossible how was I to know they would port my number cause it’s the first time I am applying for a contract phone she told me I should know so she is cancelling my application I must go to the nearest Vodacom shop to apply for a contract phone. I am shocked at how rude this girl is and how does she work with people with such a disgusting attitude. My question is does Vodacom even have a quality assurance department and where was the TCF outcomes app**** in this call. I would like the recording of this call so I can take this matter up with the Ombudsman.
