LikeMinds (company linked to VODACOM) ****!!! ******* phone orders

I received a call yesterday from Vodacom Online, they wanted to confirm a phone order that was done online. My first issue is I DID NOT ORDER A PHONE. Secondly I have never been a vodacom user in my life. How is it possible that a whole profile was created using my name, ID number, work number without MY PERMISSION??? Where do these people get all my personal details? If I hadnt received that call this phone was going to be processed on my name and I was going to be liable to pay for a phone I NEVER ORDERED. This is ******** activity that is going on at this company called Like Minds which is linked to Vodacom. You are ******** innocent people like its normal or legal. I am extremely angry at this invasion of my privacy. How do you allow your staff to do ******* online phone orders for people without their knowledge or permission? This invasion of my privacy and my personal details goes against the guidelines of the POPIA act. You are breaking the law.
