Like really!!

I previously wrote up on Hellopeter for my phone coming back from the repair centre damaged.. I got promised a new one, a brand new one mind you. I accepted and waited for it to arrive. Today, 16 December , is when I got told to fetch it and I did. Only to discover EVEN MORE scratches on the back of the BRAND NEW phone given. This was one of the reasons I sent it back, because I found scratches on the back after the last \repair ". I have booked it back in now. You didn't even have the courtesy of sending it in the sealed box it comes in to reassure me that it's brand new! For all I know somebody else used it before it was sent for me to pick up!! This is ridiculous. I cannot send nor receive an email so I now expect a telephone call from whoever gets paid to lie to customers in my position!"""
