LIKE MINDS FROM VODACOM ONLINE ARE LYING AND NOT TO BE TRUSTED

I had a call in December to upgrade data packages. The person told me he was from Vodacom. He told me that the call was recorded and he will mail me the information immediately - never happened. He told me that I will receive more data and will still pay the same amount. It kicked in on the 1st of January - the data did increase but I am suddenly charged an outrageous amount for the data. I am now trying to contact them with no luck, none of the numbers provided are answered. I think it is outrageous that Vodacom uses a company like that for deals. I have been a Vodacom customer for many many years and this kind of treatment just reflects extremely bad on them. I want the recording from that telephone call and I want this sorted out.
