Like Minds are not Like minded (Vodacom rethink you alliances)

I was sold a package for R199 each to upgrade my 2 data contracts to 20GB. I was informed on 10/02/2022 that I was in actual fact paying R229 each for these data contracts. I did not check granted however I trusted the call centre agent who was bullying me to upgrade to be honest and ethical. How do you appoint a company to represent you and they are ********* in their dealings. I am not impressed. These are tough economical times and R30 is R30 time two. Do not send a contracted company to sell upgrades they will damage your reputation.
