Lies to sell me a new contract

<p>Vodacom called me to tell me that they are offering me a new data contract and and router with more data than the old one at a cheaper rate. I repeatedly asked if it will replace my old contract and the agent clearly and repeatedly confirmed that it will.</p> <p> </p> <p>Turns out that I have two contracts now.
