LIES SOLD BY VODACOM!!!!!

Vodacom supposed to be the leading cellular brand or network but do I have news for you.

So I live in the Athlone areas and we got our fibre late in the area. Many companies came to our door and pitched to us and we were waiting for the 'Best Company' to come around then we can make a final decision, to our surprise Vodacom came around to our door and gave us this great pitch saying that the first month is Absolutely free to us and will not get billed to add onto that we were told it was a month to month and not a contract and that can cancel at any time just to give them s call...

Little did we know that LIES WERE SOLD TO US FROM VODACOM FIBRE

I got my bill and it was over R2000!!!! Called in to the call centre to raise a complaint or to find out what was happening.

Only to be told by a manger that there is no use of opening up a complaint we used the fibre we have to pay this amount...

I am so disappointed and disgusted and always put Vodacom on the highest white rock but surly we made the biggest mistake with the **** company that sell LIES TO GET CUSTOMERS TO JOIN....

PLEASE DO NOT JOIN VODACOM RUN!!! THE WORST COMPANY!!!!!!!!
