Lies & Shocking service
Out of box failure.
It has been almost a month and still no joy no response from Vodacom. The unit has been returned to Vodacom via the courier but they will not allow me to cancel my contract. When I signed I was given 14 days cooling during which time we could cancel. Vodacom systems conveniently do not have any of the records of my call and I am still waiting for the Recorded conversations.
