Lies on Recorded Calling

This Morning at 10:30 I made a call to Vodasom to open a new contract to replace my existing contract with Afrihost. 50GB a month with 30GB free between midnight at 5AM including the MF235+ Router.

The salesperson informed me that the debit order would go off within 48 hours after activation. I informed the consultant that there would be insufficient funds due to paying Afrirhost R1086.00 for the 40GB contract going off tomorrow, thereafter, this contracted would be cancelled.

The same sales consultant informed me that it would not be an issue and that the debit order would then go off on the 28th with the 4 other Vodacom contracts I have. This is all supposedly recorded but when phoning Vodacom four times to query the agreement made, no-one was able to assist in retrieving the voice recording and would only advise that the debit order would bounce and I would be fined R100. Please note that in the voice recording with the sales consultant, she informed me that there would be no fine and that all would go as planned and be billed the contract value of R999.00 on 28 February 2017...

This only adding to the frustration of missing data on my other contracts which Vodacom tell me that there is no missing data, while in fact, I monitor my data usage very carefully and never experienced this with Afrihost.

I made this decision in the hopes and prayers that Vodacom have resolved thier issues with the missing data as I am cancelling each contract one by one at the end of the 23 month agreement.

Is spending R2400.00 a month with Vodacom not enough for them to pay attention to my querries and issues.

If this cannot be resolved within 24 hours, please cancel my new contract and I will continue using Afrihost, as I am not looking forward to 2 years of bad service and missing data...
