LIES LIES LIES!!!!!!!!!!!!

so last month (July 2025) my husband received a call from vodacom to regards to a promotion they are having. My husband listened to the agent as the person said that the package would be more data as well as minutes and sms on the current contracts my husband has and that he would be paying less then what he would pay . Thereafter my husband asked this agent if they sure its that price she said and not more and the person reassured him that he will be paying still the current amount end of July but starting from end August 2025 he would pay less.

Okay my husband agreed and took the package but last week he received August invoive and to his shock it was MORE then what was agreed.

My husband had to contact vodacom as they need to listen to this calls as it was not an agreed amount. Up until now there is no feedback or follow up calls to him.

If vodacom does not contact my husband in today we will be taking this further as they are lying to their loyal customers!!
