Their customer service is absolutely pathetic, i app**** for a contract on the 22 feb 2021, today is the 04/03/21 and i am still awaiting device delivery. i have made over 20 phone calls and all you get from the customer service is total bull**** stories. if i knew this is how pathetic vodacom is, i would NEVER EVER have taken a contract with them. all my wasted airtime and energy for total bull****. you don't even supply contact details for any managers or next in charge persons.
