Lies, incompetence and poor service delivery

Vodacom has zero respect for customers. They are fast to take your money, but never deliver on commitments. *********** call centre agents and even more ******** supervisors who refuse to return your calls on urgent matters. Where is my phone that should have been delivered already? Or any decency to return my calls to apologise for your lazy ass agents who have not delivered on promises?
