Vodacom promises 72 hour turn around time and never get back to you. This is the worst type of service. I regret ever taking a contract out with you, every single month all I have is billing queries. Why are you trying to **** me, I was promised professional service and instead only get headaches with each invoice.

If you cannot provide proper service , then do not conform to propaganda when advertising your products. And then you get call centre agents who wont even bother to help you and just offer excuses , like Iba from Port Elizabeth, thanks for nothing doll.

Never again will I ever trust Vodacom.
