Lies in promotions

I have been trying for 2 weeks to access the data offers that Vodacom has. <br> <br> There is a promotion offer for 100MB for R10, every time I try that, there is an error and I must try later. I have been trying almost daily for 2 weeks. <br> <br> Then there is an Mpesa one for 100MB for R5 when buying using Mpesa. After all the efforts of getting to even load the Mpesa credit. The purchase is just unsuccessful, and this has been ongoing for 2 weeks. <br> <br> When I called the call centre, they tell me they are not able to do anything, they will escalate my query so that the technical team can get in touch with me. Well, I guess it takes a week for them to get back to people, I still don't have any response, and I still am not able to buy either of the promotions. <br> <br> We have been **** to with these promotions. <br>
