Lies from Vodacom

I transferred R275-00 onto my DATA contract in error. I phoned Vodacom around the 20th June 2023 and the consultant promised me that a person from accounts will get in contact with me. to date no sunch call or contact. I phoned Vodacom again today 27 June 2023 and I was now advised that they cannot trace my R275 I have paid onto my DATA contract which I find weird as it appears on my Vodacom APP on my cell phone. So who is telling lies not me but Vodacom.
