Lies from call center agents.
So I called Vodacoms customer care on Wednesday (21st March) in the morning complaining that my data was depleted and it took all of my airtime, the problem I had was that I wasn't notified that my data was close to running out and the agent I spoke to said he would log in a request to the technicians and I'd receive an SMS in 5 minutes which I did not so I waited an hour and called again and spoke to another agent and said I'd receive the SMS within a few hours and he could see the request was logged in with my number. So I waited until early this morning and called again because I didn't get any feedback as yet and was told by the new agent there was no request made to the technician on my number and that it's not their problem that I didn't get an SMS saying my data was almost depleted, they said if I do receive an SMS that my data is close to being depleted it's because it's a goodwill gesture by Vodacom and not a privelege.
So my problem is why wasn't I notified about the feedback from the technician and why did the 2 agents I spoke to lie about a request being made with my number I'm very unhappy about this and I'd like it to be rectified by someone higher up in vodacom.
