Lies, Deceit and possibly *****

I have a two cellphone contracts, one of these I have given to my father for his use. Last week he was given a call by a sales person and was informed that he would be receiving a free tablet due to the amount of data he was using. He confirmed with the sales perosn over the phone that there was absolutley no hidden or extra costs and was assured there where none. The tablet was then delivered to my father which he accepted. Today I found out there is now a "3rd" contract under my details. I never agreed to this and I was not even aware of the tablet until my father told me about it.

How can it be possible for a new contract to be put in my name without my authority. This is absolutly ludicrous. On top of this how can my father be told he would be receiving a free tablet as a gift with no strings attached and then be charged for it. This kind of deceit is incredible and I cannot believe its possible from an established company such as Vodacom.
