Lies at Vodacom shop to get a sale

Vodacom at the workshop in durban had me upgrade contract in store on lies just so they could make a sale. First of all a consultant by Nontando called to tell me that I am due for an upgrade, I did advise that I am aware of this and will be upgrading on line, she told me that me upgrading online would be pointless because I still have to go the shop to set up the phone. A week after I went to the shop to do an upgrade with nontando that contacted me. I was making an upgrade on one of my contacts and making a cancelation on one cuz I have 2 contracts with Vodacom so i was canceling the data plan so that i can have 1 active contract as i could not afford both. I clearly advise of what I wanted and she said she will help with both, okay so upgrade was done and I took an iphone 16 device, when we were done I asked her to do my cancelation she then then says it can not be done I have to call cancelation. I call cancelation and they advised that I can't cancel the Data cuz m done with my contract yet, told them I can't be on both plans at the same time it's gonn be too much they advised that I can do upgrade reversal at the store and take back their device. Nontando and her manager refused for the reversal to be done and told me there's nothing they can help with but pretended to be helping with the data plan cancelation and further **** to me. I've been a loyal customer to Vodacom for years and hate how I've been treated.
