Lies and more lies..... No Integrity!

If I could I would give 0 stars. On the 2nd of May, somebody from the Vodacom Call Centre phoned me and said they see we are using a lot of top up and we are wasting they suggest we migrate to a different package. After asking several times whether it will cost more she assured me no, we get more data for the same amount. When the invoice came end of the month, it was R400 more. I then went to the Vodacom store in Woodllands, Pretoria and asked them to reverse this. The guy that assisted was very helpful and he phoned the call centre, told me all was sorted. On the 1st of July my husbands cell phone was disconnected. I phoned to enquire and was told that the migrated us to an uncapped home fixed line. After explaining that I never requested this, I was told that they will reverse it........ again and the phone will be back online within 48 hours. They also promised to reverse any charges that was incurred for the mess up. This was on the 2nd of July. Since then I phoned another 3 x as the problem has not been resolved and my husband phone is still off. Yesterday I got an incident number INC*** and was assured that they will escalate and that our phone will work before close of business. Well guess what, it was still not fixed... This morning the lady I spoke to said no, you have to wait 3 working days. Lies and lies and lies. You never get to speak to the same person, so every two days you have to tell the whole story again, just for nothing to transpire again. If I could cancel all my contracts with Vodacom I would. How does somebody migrate a phone line to a fixed home line without ANY authorisation from the client. Vodacom always state they are recording the calls, so I challenge them to play me the recording. From the first call, to the last call, all you get is sorry and more lies. Very Very Disappointed!!!!!!! Will not recommend them at all.
