lies and empty promises on contract and bad service from vodacom

Very bad experience from the call centre to bad service and lies from call centre agents. Three call centre agents **** or put the phone down on me. **** to me about a contract with wrong benefits on it. I would never recommend these people at all. I hope people move away from this company. two weeks and my problem is not yet resolved. I cannot even return a call to the agent to sort my challnge as they cut me from the network. I had a breakin and couldnt call security. these people are bad news. I dont even have a bad history wit them
