Lies and empty promises from Vodacom shop Kolonnade

At the beginning of November 2016 I upgraded my cell phone contact and got the Huawei P9. As part of the contract deal I was supposed to get a R2000 Woolworths voucher. The lady who helped me, Alucia, said they were still waiting for stock of the vouchera as the deal had just started and she assures me she will contact me the minute the vouchers arrive so I can collect it. Up to middle of December I contacted her on a number of occasions asking about the voucher and every time she said they were still awaiting stock of the vouchers from Huawei. On 20 December I asked her for the details of either the vodacom area manager or the Huawei rep as this was getting ridiculous. She supp**** me with a number for Ridwan, who she said is the Huawei area rep. I then made contact with him just to hear him blame everyone but his own company for the fact that I did not receive the voucher yet. Instead of making a plan to get me a voucher ASAP I had to listen to how it was the vodacom shop Kolonnade who was at fault because they were using the wrong code to order phones..... Like I care! He then assured me to phone me within two days so we can meet up and he would give me a voucher. Obviously I never heard from him again and I tried to make contact with him again but was just ignored.

I'm extremely unhappy with both Vodacom and Huawei!! After wanting to get an iPhone I was talked into getting a Huawei on empty promises and lies. Now I'm tied into another 24 month contract with Vodacom and have the Huawei already, so why would either Vodacom or Huawei care about one unhappy customer!?

I want the voucher I was promised!

Vodacom, nothing has still been done to this complaint. I still do not have the voucher, no one of your staff has contacted me and now I'm being ignored by the Kolonnade store's staff. Will this be resolved or will I have to get a lawyer involved and get myself a new service provider???
