Lies about cellphone repairs at Chartz

Recently had a bad experience with chartz jacaranda centre where they told me upon signing a contract that I have 1 free screen repair just to find out that on all Samsung A and J range phones the free screen repair does not apply only at S range. Their response "sorry the sales person **** and is no longer working for us" with a refusal to help carry the cost for a screen repair on my A7. We all know that phones fall and screens crack and we have to prepare for that and I specifically asked if I am covered for at least 1 repair when chartz said YES!!! Be careful and rather take a new contract at large stores and be sure to stay away from chartz jacaranda.
