I am still waiting for feedback from last week. You promised to contact me and still nothing. Vodacom and Vodapay lie to their clients

Now how pathetic is this. You post here that your records indicate feedback was provided? No it was not. To where did you provide it? That information you say was provided is meaningless and has nothing to do with my problem about VodaPay who lie. Pick up a phone and call me. You are not addressing the problem by sending me generic emails. You said an agent will contact me. Not email me. Where is your service? This is worse now.
