Dear Vodacom

I'm very disappointed to see my service provider for many years provide me with this terrible level of service. You guys have left me no option but to use this platform as my query is being ignore promises to give me feedback on so many occasions have not materialized.

I took out a contract In Feb 2019 everything was finished and firstly my sim card or Bluetooth headsets that were promised along with my new phone did not arrive. Once I have queried I was advised that they will send the sim card in the meantime but the suppliers have no stock of the headsets once stock is received it will be dispatched. Weeks later still no Bluetooth headsets only the sim card. Last month I called to do a follow up and I was told that the mentioned Bluetooth headsets were discontinued long before I app**** for the contract this was one of the reasons I took the contract although I was offered something else with a different service provider. Since my last call on 26-04-2019 still no call back even though I was promised a call back the next day. I was provided with info just to get me to take the contract and not keep to the agreement (false advertising) I'm paying every month but not getting all promised to me. I have been **** to in other words and I'm outraged by the level of interest you guys have in resolving this query or even giving me a call back. if I could cancel my contract I would do so in a heartbeat and go somewhere where customer retention is a priory and where I am valued. I would never recommend ur company to anyone.
