In march this year a Vodacom representative called and said that he could assist me with just a R500 a month call and messaging contract.

I said my phone was still in good repair but if i took the contract would i be able to still have a phone upgrade YES On a so called voice recording

Now im told no i cant upgrade

So i opened a case of ***** at the SA Police and have a case number Neo at Cresta is trying to sort this out 4 or 5 trips to Cresta Vodacom and no feedback just in process a month later

I am now going to request my recorded voice contract and i will take this furthur Be careful as it seems if the call centre reps will sell you anything and lie in the process.
