**** to by a consultant

I went to upgrade my phone on the 25th of June 2015. I was sold on a package (The iPhone 6 plus that would come with a starter pack that included a cover, a screen protector and a car charger). Upon finalising the upgrade the consultant went to get all my things (Phone and starter pack). When he returned he told me that they were out of these starter packs and that he would phone me the following Monday so that I could come by and collect my starter pack. I heard nothing, today I was in the shopping mall so I decided to stop by to see if I could collect my starter pack. The very same consultant helped me - he did not apologise for not getting back to me and his attitude was more of a 'well tough luck, we don't have any of them left'. When I asked to speak to the manager I was told that he was not in today. How can this branch run with no manager present?<br> <br> I demand that I get my starter kit that I was sold on - it is the whole reason I took the package!
