On the 9th of June I changed my plan, later that afternoon I realised that I could have picked a much better plan for just a little extra. Was told Vodacom couldn't change my plan and that it was too late (their systems didn't allow for a change?!?). I complained and was told not to worry in 3 months I could migrate my plan to what I wanted without any additional costs. Guess what, 3 months later and the plan is no longer available, must have been a special. In the meantime my sister and co-workers are getting buy one get one free data deals at MTN for MONTHS and MONTHS. Feel like an idiot for being loyal to Vodacom!
