**** about repair

Hi<br> <br> I have a Iphone 6 Plus 64 gig that is still under the 1 year warranty. I am a tech freak and look after my phone to keep it from scratches or any kind of damage. <br> <br> About 3 weeks ago I wanted to use the torch and it did not work at all. Then I tested all the functions to find out that the camera is also not working. I then booked it in for repair by Vodacom via Cellucity branch in Walmer Park, Port Elizabeth. They phoned 2 days ago to let me know the phone has been repaired and to collect the phone. At the shop I asked them if they are sure that it'a repaired and what they have done and have they tested it. The answer was yes!!!! Could not teste it at the shop myself cause the battery was drained. After charging it at home I found out they have not done anything to the phone and the exact same problem exist. Today I will fight with them to replace my phone with a brand new one caude after service like this the phone will be repaird just to break in the eary future with no warranty left.<br> <br> Service jn this country must be the worst in the world and no one does something about it. I pay R750 per month for my phone.<br> <br> Please help sort this out.
